About Mitten Wash

Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

My wife and I love bringing our cars here to wash, we do everything together. We usually get booths next to each other and its just a great way to spend time together! Also, it is extremely affordable, they do not money grab, tons of options for cleaning , brush scrubbing, wax, rim shine, etc. You get plenty of time as well. 10min washing usually cost around 4 or 5$ amazing! We come here a few times a month, just to spend time together and clean. We lobe the atmosphere here! Way better then paying 20$+ to run through a 2min wash, although the under cleaning would be hard, but you can still manage. 😀

May 20, 2026, I went there for a car wash. I swiped my debit card and chose my wash...3 times! The light would not turn green for me to enter. Since there was another car waiting behind me, I tried cash. I put in a $20 bill, chose my wash again, the light turned to green, did not give me my $8.00 change, it just kept saying $20 credit, still no cash back. So i got washed and checked my debit card....one charge for $12, at least there were not 3. So for $32, I got a poor wash. I called their company and left a message asking for a $20 refund ( I've waited a week for them to return my call) no reply of course. Never will go there again. Hopefully my call alerted them they need to repair their machine and the guy behind me maybe got a free one.

Spent 14 dollars to wash my truck. Then the owner i know it wash was mowing and then decided to blow grass clippings all over my car that was still wet. He didn't seem to care one bit. Won't be going there again. Alsonthensoapntakes way to long to clear the lines when you rinse about 3.5 minutes spaying more soap when should be rinsing. Don't waste your money.

Ryan was working outside and he was professional, patient and very kind. I works give him 5 stars for being an amazing representative for his company. I gave 4/5 stars because my car did not get as clean as I expected it to me with your highest level of carwash after it went through. I still had to attend to several soiled areas once I arrived home.

Just visited on February 3, and paid $12 for an automatic car wash only for it to put soap all over my car, and then not do any of the rest of the Cleaning. I then had to pay three dollars to use the pressure washer to get the soap off of my car. On top of all of that, there’s no contact info so I can’t call anyone to get a refund. I will definitely never be back here.
